Is there an option to use Let’s Encrypt for only one subdomain?

Answer

AutoSSL providers ( Sectigo and Let's Encrypt ) are enabled globally. It isn't possible to configure some domains to use one provider and other domains to use a different provider. You can switch providers are anytime, but only one provider can be enabled at a time.
