How to cancel your license in the cPanel store 

To cancel a license purchased through the cPanel Store follow these steps:

1. Log in to your cPanel Store account
2. Go to My Account > Manage Licenses
3. On the far right of the line which includes the IP of the license you wish to cancel, click the drop-down menu
4. Click Cancel License
5. The license status will change to "Pending Cancellation"
6. On the 1st of the following month, the license will automatically expire and you will no longer be billed for the license.

Note: When a license is canceled, the IP will be suspended from prorated pricing for a period of 30 days. If you are a new customer, please contact Customer Service at: cs@cpanel.net

Refund Eligibility

There is a 72-hour refund period for all new cPanel license purchases. If you cancel your new license within 72 hours of purchase, a refund will automatically be initiated. Refunds can take 5-10 business days to complete. If you do not receive your refund after 10 days, please submit a request to our Customer Service Team.
