Symptoms
A reseller has allow-emaillimits-pkgs disabled and wants to create a package with a custom "Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed" setting and can't make a change.
Description
In WHM under Tweak Settings the Max Hourly Emal setting sets a cap that is the max allowed that can be set in a package if a reseller has allow-emaillimits-pkgs disabled. The reseller is not able to adjust this lower if desired.
