Users have reported instances in which their SSL certificates are showing as expired in WHM. For example, when checking in WHM's "Manage SSL Hosts" or when checking online SSL tools to review the certificate, they show as expired.
This issue was most likely caused by an SSL incident that we resolved the morning of May 30, 2020. This was caused by the expiration of a Root CA certificate involved in the certificates AutoSSL provisions from Comodo/Sectigo. More information about this expiration can be seen on Sectigo's site here: https://support.sectigo.com/articles/Knowledge/Sectigo-AddTrust-External-CA-Root-Expiring-May-30-2020
At this time, our Root CA certificate has been repaired by our system engineers.
