You can validate your DMARC record by typing the following within a terminal:
dig _dmarc.domain.tld txt +short
The output that you see may resemble the following if you specify an email to receive aggregate mail reports:
dig _dmarc.domain.tld txt +short
"v=DMARC1\; p=none\; rua=report@domain.tld"
After confirming the TXT record resolves, you will want to monitor the email address used for the reports to ensure the record is configured correctly.
