Sometimes, you may need to make a change on your WHMCS installation either that is going through and moving it to a new domain or change the folder that it is installed on. Due to those changes, you will need to go through and contact cPanel Customer Service when the following things are changed:
- The WHMCS installation is on a new domain or subdomain.
- The IP address of the WHMCS installation has changed.
- The directory of the WHMCS license has changed.
