How do I contact cPanel Customer Service?
Our Customer Service team is able to offer help for any issues relating to all licensing, billing, and Partner NOC program-related concerns.
To contact our Customer Service team, you may choose from either of these methods below:
Once there, click on "Submit a Request" and on the left-hand side click on "Contact Customer Service." Then you can fill in the request details to submit your ticket.
2.) An alternative option is that you can email CS@cpanel.net. However, emailing directly is not suggested as it can cause responses from our Customer Service team not to be delivered to you properly. We greatly prefer the ticket be opened directly from our ticketing system as mentioned in the first option.
