Log in to SSH as the root user, or utilize the WHM Terminal as the root user.
Run the script:

# /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/initquotas
Verify quotas are enabled.

Once the previous script finishes, you can confirm the list of devices that have quotas enabled by running the following command:

# repquota -a
