Question
How do I add any of the following records (AAAA, CAA, SRV, TXT) to my cPanel? I can see where to add the MX records and A records, but not the TXT and others.
Answer
You will need to ensure that you enable the feature in the WHM >> Packages >> Edit Feature List, click the dropdown, and select default and press edit. Then at the bottom, you will find the option "Enable Zone Editor (AAAA, CAA, SRV, TXT)" and click save.
This will allow you to add TXT records and the other various records not previously able to be added in cPanel!
