How to change the cPanel release tier from WHM

Introduction

We release cPanel & WHM through five publicly-available tiers, which allows server owners to select their preferred update frequency as we develop and publish new versions of cPanel & WHM.

Procedure

To set the release tier from WHM:

1. Login to WHM as the 'root' user.
2. Navigate to "Home / Server Configuration / Update Preferences."
3. Select the desired tier.
4. Click the "Save" button.
