The default "Spam Box" configuration places email marked as spam in a separate "Spam" folder. This behavior can be changed to place email marked as spam in the "Inbox".
- Log into the user's cPanel account.
- In the "Email" section of cPanel, open the "Spam Filters" application.
- Click the "Configure Spam Box Settings" button in the "Move New Spam to a Separate Folder (Spam Box)" section.
- Click the toggle next to "Spam Box is enabled" to disable the "Spam Box."
