If your site has LiteSpeed Cache enabled, but you are seeing
X-LiteSpeed-Cache: miss some actions may need to be taken.
If your site has LiteSpeed Cache enabled via the LiteSpeed plugin, or the WordPress Plugin, but the web browser console is showing
X-LiteSpeed-Cache: miss this may mean that the cache needs to be re-added. LiteSpeed has more documentation on this here:
In most instances of the issue, this is resolved by going to WHM's Home »Plugins »LiteSpeed Web Server Plugin, then clicking the option for "Mass Enable/Disable Cache."
Once there, disable the cache for all users. Let the process finish.
Once finished, return to this same page, and enable the cache for all users.
