I just bought or am planning to purchase a cPanel & WHM license. Can I use the software to create other VMs?
Answer
cPanel & WHM is not designed for this purpose and has no functionality that would allow for this usage. If you plan on using virtual servers to install cPanel, you should use software that is designed to manage them such as with Virtuozzo™ or other virtualization softwares that are compatible.

cPanel & WHM can be used to create accounts on a single server. Multiple servers would need to have their own public IP addresses and each match our system requirements and have their own licenses.
