Missing wp-toolkit sudoer's file prevents account deletion

Symptoms

When terminating an account, it hangs with the message:

[sudo] password for wp-toolkit:

Description

When trying to terminate an account that has a WordPress website managed by WordPress toolkit and the file /etc/sudoers.d/48-wp-toolkit is missing, account deletion will hang with the message:

[sudo] password for wp-toolkit:

Workaround

Reinstall WordPress toolkit with the command:

yum reinstall wp-toolkit-cpanel
