How do I fix "Permission Denied" when opening DNS Zone Manager in WHM?

Introduction

You may receive the following error if you attempt to access the DNS Zone Manager as a reseller with a permission issue.

Procedure

This is due to the reseller missing the following permission (Manage DNS Records)

After applying this permission, the reseller should be able to via all of the zones available to them.
