Symptoms
The top bar in WHM displays incorrect information about the server's operating system, such as the wrong version number or Linux flavor.
Description
This can occur if the /var/cpanel/sysinfo.config file contains inaccurate details about the server's operating system.
Workaround
Rebuild /var/cpanel/sysinfo.config by running this command:
/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/gensysinfo
