AutoSSL gives the warning, "The cPanel Store does not recognize this certificate order. (X::Item::NotFound) The system will discard this request," when checking the order status of a recently ordered certificate.
An intermittent issue is causing valid order IDs not to be found. When AutoSSL checks the status of an order and the cPanel Store responds that the order ID is not found, AutoSSL discards the request.
We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is UPS-449. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.
At this time, the only workaround is to wait and try to place an order later.
