How to whitelist an IP address in cPHulk Brute Force Protection

Introduction

To ensure that specific IP addresses, such as the server administrator's IP address, do not get blocked by cPHulk, the IP addresses will have to be whitelisted in cPHulk.

Procedure

1. Log into WHM as the 'root' user.
2. Navigate to "Home » Security Center » cPHulk Brute Force Protection."
3. Open the "Whitelist Management" tab.
4. Enter the IP address or IP address range to be whitelisted in the "New Whitelist Records" textbox.
5. Click the "Add" button.

You should now see the IP address or IP address range listed under "IP Address."
