Exporting mail issue
I'm unable to locate my Support Access ID via cpanel support recommendation:

There is no "Support Center" under support heading, and I'm unable to run shell. Please advise . . . I'm looking for support to address why I'm receiving following error:
When trying to export bulk email to mbox files from webmail Server seems to time-out. Yes they are 4GB files. How do I prevent the time-out to successfully compile the mbox files for download? Thank you!
