Wrong user path in MultiPHP Manager
I want to change php version of one account, but I have this error:
This path is invalid, the correct one should be: "/home2/somosstreaming/public_html/.htaccess" How can I fix this?
The system cannot find a file named "/home2/somosstre/public_html/.htaccess"This path is invalid, the correct one should be: "/home2/somosstreaming/public_html/.htaccess" How can I fix this?

it seems to be a cpanel username conflict, make sure the username is correct. You can modify account from WHM accordingly. 0 -
Hi, You can manyally add the same handler that the PHP manager adds in the .htaccess and use the PHP version of your choice.. 0 -

Yes I think that's the problem because in "list account" say "Username: somosstreaming" But in multiphp manager say "Username: somosstre" Do you think if I rename the username in "modify account" should work? Do you have an example of .htaccess with PHP 7.0 ?0 -
Hello, Can you verify how the username was previously changed? If it wasn't completed through WHM before, try updating the username to a new one via "WHM >> Modify an Account", and then changing it back to the username of your preference to see if that corrects the issue. If not, feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature and we can take a closer look. Thank you. 0 -
