Wrong user path in MultiPHP Manager

I want to change php version of one account, but I have this error: The system cannot find a file named "/home2/somosstre/public_html/.htaccess"
This path is invalid, the correct one should be: "/home2/somosstreaming/public_html/.htaccess" How can I fix this?

  it seems to be a cpanel username conflict, make sure the username is correct. You can modify account from WHM accordingly.

  Hi, You can manyally add the same handler that the PHP manager adds in the .htaccess and use the PHP version of your choice..

  Yes I think that's the problem because in "list account" say "Username: somosstreaming" But in multiphp manager say "Username: somosstre" Do you think if I rename the username in "modify account" should work?   Do you have an example of .htaccess with PHP 7.0 ?

  Hello, Can you verify how the username was previously changed? If it wasn't completed through WHM before, try updating the username to a new one via "WHM >> Modify an Account", and then changing it back to the username of your preference to see if that corrects the issue.
