Problems with SMTP according to MXToolbox

I am having a few issues with SMTP and can't figure out how to fix it! I have scoured the internet for every possible solution, changed every setting, added in records, everything, and I cannot fix these last issues! Test Result SMTP Banner Check Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner More Info SMTP TLS Warning - Does not support TLS. More Info SMTP Transaction Time 15.294 seconds - Not good! on Transaction Time More Info The "Transaction Time" can wait to be fixed, as it isn't breaking anything, but the other two I cannot figure out how to fix! Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just don't know what to set or change, especially when it comes to the "Does not support TLS" issue. Thank you
