Unable to connect to website
Hi
I have a problem with my whole cPanel server, I'm a Reseller but my hosting provider is on vacation for 6 weeks, the whole server went offline ( i assume ) and now my websites and clients websites are offline
it's [removed] and several others but the error i s
[removed] took too long to respond.
This is the same error on WHM Login & cPanel Login.
Any ideas?

Hello, This isn't something you can typically solve without root access to the server. You can check to verify your domain name is using the correct name servers and resolves to the correct IP address. Otherwise, you may need to consider switching hosting providers if your current provider is unavailable for contact. Thank you. 0 -
Your IP address might be blocked. Checking your link, now removed, the URL comes up for me and says: An unexpected database error occurred. Please try again later. 0 -
Hi still occuring for myself, but my friends seem to be able to do it. Do you know if MySQL is running, as there shouldn't be a database error. 0 -
Ok now it's down again... any idea? 0 -
None.. But the error I saw has nothing to do with WebHost Manager. 0 -
So what do I do from here? It was up for 5 minutes then went back done, website, whm etc 0 -
6 weeks is a long time for a vacation without access. I suggest you try and track down your Hosting Provider or whomever he left in charge of his business. 0 -

Ok I will do, but do you know why this is occuring or maybe the error itself? I'm not being told anything here.0 -
Well, if WebHost Manager is not up for you, and you don't have root access to check the logs, there's not much we can do to help. If your website connection to the database is failing, MySQL may be having some sort of issue. Or the whole server is crashing. No way of knowing I don't think without a closer look using root access. 0 -

You managed to get it up earlier, turned out MySQL was up just going by what message you provided. IS there no way to check why the WebHost is offline? Somehow you got it up earlier... Maybe my ip is blocked again?0 -
Your host is the only one that can help you here as mentioned. The website was not up, the URL worked though. It's no longer coming up here at all. 0
