outlook smtp

Hello, we are experiencing some issues with outlook costumers, all of sudden they are not able to connect to smtp via ssl ports, claiming 'None of the authentication methods supported by this client are supported by your server'. even though all of users have "Log on to incoming server before sending mail" feature enabled i have googled the forum, with multiple links to microsoft and outlook
