Hello, Yes, addon domain names are included as part of the SSL coverage provided with the AutoSSL feature. Thanks!

So this is not an issue currently, but just for my knowledge. If and how exactly would the scenario work. The setup is as follows: Domain A Domain B AutoSSL with LetsEncrypt directory: /home/domain-A/public_html Say Domain A is pointed to /home/domain-A/public_html and I want to point Domain B to /home/domain-A/public_html/subdir/ How would the AutoSSL work in such a scenario? Would it even work and assign different certs to both the domains?

Domain B is an addon or subdomain? Auto ssl would still assign ssl for both.
