    Hello, Can you verify the issue exists when opening Web Host Manager and then clicking on "Update Preferences"? Or, are you attempting to directly open a specific WHM URL? Thank you.

    Problem resolved and changed RELEASE to STABLE Possible default selected RELEASE My support write: "We could easily access scripts2/updateconf and change the configuration to be "STABLE"." yes but i not known location.. /etc/cpupdate.conf
    and good config: CPANEL=stable RPMUP=daily SARULESUP=daily STAGING_DIR=/usr/local/cpanel UPDATES=daily
    I just do not understand why RELEASE is recommended (and this is default!)

    Hello, The following document provides more information about the different build tiers: Product Versions and the Release Process - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation As far as the issue you faced, I don't believe it's related to the use of the "Release" build tier.
