Hi, You are using GSuite, so your domain name must be having MX or google, so how are you setting up the forwarding? Does the email address you are forwarding have the MX record pointing to your cPanel server?

Hi, thanks for your response, I tried two different configurations of MX records. As yoy said, using GSuite forces me to use the following MX records: Host TTL Type Priority Destination @ 3600 MX 1 ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM @ 3600 MX 5 ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM @ 3600 MX 5 ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM @ 3600 MX 10 ALT3.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM @ 3600 MX 10 ALT4.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM Additionally, I added another record, but I don't really know if it's necessary: @ 3600 MX 15 MAIL.DOMAIN.TLD I found that this domain has another record with the value main.domain.tld. It's a CNAME, so probably is there any possibility that this CNAME is causing the issue?

But the problem I have is that my cPanel is refusing all incoming email from GSuite Routing. It seems like Lucas Mentz managed to get this working.

Could you let us know the corresponding entry in /var/log/exim_mainlog or /var/log/exim_rejectlog when the cPanel server rejects the message? Thank you.
