How to edit the mail list?

Hi, I have recently started working on a new website. There are contact forms that email the details to certain addresses. I need to edit who receives these emails. I can see in the track delivery section that the emails are being sent & I can see who they are being sent to. I've looked in every other section of the email segment of cPanel but i can't see where this email list is saved. How do you edit a mail out list if there isn't one set up in cPanel??
