cannot move /usr/tmp.secure directory not empty

Hello, I reboot my server, then I got this error from hosting company and my server now is under mode rescue: cannot move /usr/tmp.secure to /usr/tmp.secure.cpback/secure: directory not empty, now I need your help to resolve this problem. Thank you very much
