First check the logs in WHM >> Auto SSL >>Logs tab for the domain that will give you an idea of whats happening and if its a wordpress websites, you may need to install SSL fixer plugin to make sure all the images, links are secured.

Before looking at logs, you can look at the status of SSL on your domains in cPanel. Don't even need WHM. The item is: SSL/TLS Status

Sorry, I see you've already done that. Maybe what you mean is you want visitors to be forwarded to the https url from the http url. Other threads on these forums cover that. Try one and report back! On the other hand if the https address is not giving you a good lock in your browsers... With most browsers, you can click on the lock or other icon in the URL bar and get more info. Is it mixed content? I think Firefox is the most informative about that. Then it's basically view-source and look for images and scripts using http instead of https. As for the SSL connection itself, you can also run a free SSL test on your site at SSL Server Test (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs)

Hi, As I'm using wordpress, I just installed a plugin as @Eminds recommended. I hadn't seen anywhere recommending this previously. Sorry to have created a post for this and thanks for taking the time to respond.

No worries @diggers16, is everything working now? Was the mixed-content the issue? Either FireFox or Chrome will show mixed content warnings when right-clicking on the page and selecting 'Inspect/Inspect element' then 'Console'.

Hi @cPWilliamL, thanks for your response. Actually, my problem lies in that facebook have decided to block my website without really giving a reason as to why. The block seemed to be gone once I moved to https:// but last week, the block was reinstated. I'm trouble shooting it myself. Checking out if mixed content is the issue now. it doesn't seem to be a propblem for everyone but a friend of mine just sent me this a screenshot saying: 'the owner of *website* has configured the website improperly... *website* uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for ezxcess.antlabs *URL* This certificate expired on *date 2014* the current date is *current date* Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN I'll see if I can work through it but any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Well...doesn't seem to be mixed content judging from the Super Simple plug-in and a few tests I ran it through. On to the apparent 'expired' SSL certificate!

You need to contact your Hosting Provider about this. The server's certificate expired in 2014. It doesn't seem to be a licenced cPanel server either.
