After update domains on /home2 not working

This happened after last night's update. I have rebooted the entire server. Blank webpages. Not even sure where to start with this but they are a separate reseller with their own IP. Anything at that IP and or reseller comes up blank. Plenty of disk space etc. When I go to edit or look at the reseller privileges the wheel spins and spins and actually for any reseller. Any clues where to start what to look for?

  Nevermind I found it was an actual network issue with arp on only that one particular IP which is bizarre.
