Postgresql error pktacct/transfer tool

Hello, Since 68.0.25, this started on my servers: s14.postimg.org/wved8oj81/Screen_Shot_2018-01-13_at_10.21.13.png This occur on backup, pkgacct and transfer tool.

  result: no postgresql backup is done, this is affecting all my servers with CPANEL 68.0.25 and CloudLinux 6 and CloudLinux 7.
