Hi, A SSL Vhost for any domain will be created when you install SSL on that domain. Try installing a SSL on your domain and then check the port 443 for your response..

I already have a SSL-certificate installed on that domain and I've had that since before this problem started. I tried to reinstall the certificate but then I just come to another one of my domains when I go to the server hostname using SSL.

@Erik Ellsinger, are any custom apache templates in use? # find /var/cpanel/templates/apache2* -type f -name \*.local

Is there maybe a setting in WHM that I have missed where you can set a default vhost for port 443? Or can I do it in some other way?

Hello, We provide instructions on how to configure the default SSL certificate for virtual hosts without their own SSL certificates at:

Solved it by running the following: /scripts/upcp --force /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf /scripts/restartsrv_httpd
