Only Specific Users Can Send to Mailing list?

I have a existing mailing list and this is configured that all members under that mailing list can not reply to it nor send email to it. Is there a possibility to allow 2 or 3 members able to reply or send email to that mailing list? Sorry i'm new to cpanel. Your suggestions on how to do it is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

  Hi @Charles27495, This should be possible by going to cPanel > Mailing Lists > Manage > Privacy Options > Spam Filters. Thanks,
