Error when trying to remove SSL hosts
After I moved one account to other server(by restoring CPanel backup), I got some mess in SSL hosts:
50287
I tried to delete the expired SSL, but can't. I see the message:
SSL Host Removal
Failed to load userdata for "$file" ($domainowner)!

Please help.

If you check the document root of the websites are in the issue, its showing /var/www/html and the accounts are owned by nobody that is the issue why you are getting the SSL errors, edit the httpd.conf to fix the document root of the websites in the issue either from WHM or by logging into server with root and fix the ownership of the accounts. 0 -
It seems invalid expiry date of ssl. You can check @Eminds Solution. It's must work. 0 -
Hi, Editing Apache will not help. Check what what is the account owner name in the /etc/userdomains list. There are chances of accounts shifting to nobody user. You also have to check the /var/cpanel/users/ and search for your domain name here.. You have to change the owner of the website or domain to have proper SSL installed.. Try recreating those account and the SSL will work.. 0 -
I think it's not related with your migration. I have the same errors on servers. It seems cpanel genetared some certs for default servername and ip but they are invalid. 0 -

I have got the same problem. I would love to know how to fix the issue. Do i need to login in WHM or on putty to modifiy on httpd.config to fix the root document??0 -
Hello, This is fixed in cPanel version 70 with the following case: Fixed case CPANEL-17902: EA3: Ensure the 'default SSL' vhost is bound to all of the shared IPs. Fixed case CPANEL-17902: WHM: Do not display the 'default SSL' on the Manage SSL Hosts interface. You can safely ignore that listing until your server is updated to cPanel version 70 (it's currently only available in the Edge build tier). Thank you. 0
