    Hi, You will have to check the Apache logs at the time the account is terminated from the WHMCS. For this, you will have first have to login to the server, and execute the below command: # tail -f /usr/local/apache/logs/error_logs After you execute the above command, you then have to execute the termination via WHMC and see if you see any error logs occurring that is causing this.

    Thank you for the reply, but I was more looking to find out if there is even an option in WHM to control if Apache does a hard reset or graceful reset when accounts are created/modified/deleted.

    Are all of your other WHMCS/cPanel functions working properly on the server (adding an account, suspending, changing passwords, reading bandwidth usage, etc)?
