Unable to load dynamic library

I have a lot of problems inside my server, all was working fine and suddenly My error_log from all sites runing PHP have these tons of times and show error 500:

Hello, Could you run the following command and let us know the output? rpm -qa | grep ea-libxml2

I made a migration of all websites to another server and installed a clean centOS and cpanel again.

Can you verify if that solved the issue? Not that generally such a step isn't required, as we can troubleshoot issues to find a solution. Thank you.
