How does Auto SSL affect webmail ?

In plain English I would like to tell my clients the value of AutoSSL for a simple css/html website (not templated) and how it may make their email (webmail) safer, and are emails then less likely to end up in someone's spam on junk box.. is this true? Thanks anyone.

  The value of SSL (TLS) for a simple website is that Google uses SSL as a ranking signal (of course only 1 out of 10000 other signals, but still, it"s good). SSL alone on a site is not going to make any difference in being marked as a spammer or not.
