Can see email accounts in WHM but not cPanel?

Hi, I'm having trouble in my cPanel. Currently I'm using WHM v68.0.27 and rebooted yesterday to apply software updates. But after that some of my clients can't access their email. I've check their cPanel and email accounts are missing. I tried to check it on the WHM and there it is. Please give me some advise thanks.

  Hello, Can you let us know the output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when accessing the "Email Accounts" option in cPanel for the affected users? Thank you.

  its always says in the logs "User doesn't Exist" and just see it no email accounts are there in the cPanel..but i can seet it in the WHM ( ConfigServer Mail Manage - cmm v2.02 )

  Hello, Would you mind opening a support ticket so we can take a closer look to verify why the email accounts no longer exist? It's possible the reboot lead to a filesystem check due to filesystem corruption, but we'd need to take a closer look at the system to verify if that's the case. Thank you.
