DNS down need to reset WHM URL

Hi there, My VPS out of nowhere went offline without notice thankfully my few clients have not noticed yet. I've used quite a few scripts to restart services, done a complete server reboot and even gone over some DNS. I've troubleshooted the problem where there are missing records that somehow got removed or corrupted. Cpanel/WHM is still accessible I'm assuming but it's bind to a SSL domain. I'm sure I'll be able to resolve the problem by fixing the records manually or automatically via WHM but first of all I need to find out how to reset the WHM IP so I can login via IP since the domain isn't resolving.
