Cloudflare SSL doesn't work with cPanel Services

Hello, I'm having issues with setting up a Cloudflare SSL certificate for cPanel Services. SSL Certificate seems to be working fine if set for anything else besides cPanel Services (FTP, Exim, Dovecot, cPanel, WHM, etc.). This is the first time I've had any issues using Cloudflare SSL for cPanel Services. Any ideas?

  Hello, To clarify, are you encountering issues when connecting to the services, or is this related to the use of proxy subdomains (e.g. cpanel.domain.tld) in your web browser? There is some discussion of this topic at: Thank you.

  Subdomains are not proxied. I'm not sure what is causing SSL errors. Anyway, I got myself an SSL Certificate from Comodo and everything is working fine now.

  You should not use CF on the services in WHM. Use Comodo/LE for those. If you are using CF's nameservers you can enable SSL in their control panel. But it might take time before CF does actually issue the certificate. I have many times seen it take upto 48 hours!
