Apache not starting - Opt folder deleted

Hi, I have deleted the /opt folder on my server and all the subfolders by accident. Now the websites on the server are not loading anymore and I wanted to rebuild apache using easyapache so maybe it can create new folders/files. I am running a CentOs. I did try to rebuild with easyapache but it didn`t work. How can I fix this?
