Email SMTP Entrance IP restriction

Spam mail is sent from remote computers by entering e-mail. Can I make IP restrictions for a single domain? I just want to perform an SMTP connection to these ip addresses. Is this possible? Thank you for your help already.

  You be able to restrict access to SMTP, you can also validate users as it"s sound a major issue on your server.

  Hello, You can use a firewall management utility such as CSF to block the IP address, however it's not possible to apply the restriction to a single domain name or hostname since it's the same service (e.g. SMTP). Thank you.
