Download all records to a CSV file
in cPanel>List Accounts at the bottom is a link that says 'Download all records to a CSV file.' when that gets clicked it launches a tab with the info. I right click it>save link as>rename it to a CSV and then download it. Not a huge deal but I figure its an easy fix for ya.

Hello, I've been unable to reproduce this on a test system. The new tab opens as you mentioned, but the download begins right away and the tab closes. Can you verify which version of cPanel is installed on this system, and the operating system and web browser (and it's version) you are testing with? Can you reproduce the issue with multiple web browsers? Thank you. 0 -
cPanel 68.0.28 Windows 10 pro - latest Firefox 58.0.1 (64-bit) or chrome Version 64.0.3282.119 (Official Build) (64-bit) both experience the issue. I have tried 4 different PC's all with Win 10 Pro on these browsers and all experience the issue. So yes I can reproduce with multiple browsers on multiple PC's. Thank you Regards, Brad 0 -
Hi Brad, Thanks for the additional information. I can confirm the same issue occurs in cPanel version 68 (I was testing with cPanel version 70). I don't see a specific case number referenced in the change logs, so it's likely a separate case also solved this issue. cPanel verison 70 is tentatively scheduled for publication to the "Current" build tier next week. Thank you. 0
