mysql PHP extension not installed

hello there i am about to lunch my own site when i try to install i get that message Your host server doesn't support our software requirements:

• mysql PHP extension not installed

Be sure that your host server meet our software requirements then try installing it again ( you can contact your hosting provider for this ). and i am using php 7.1 how can install it please help !!

  Hello, It's not possible to enable additional PHP extensions if you don't have root access to the system. Please report this to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look. Thank you.

  I suspect the application you are trying to use is not compatible with PHP 7. The mysql extension was removed in PHP 7.
