Malicious Subdomain Link on Website
Hi.
This is our issue to be solved. There seems to be a hidden setting inside our WHM/cPanel that is creating mysterious subdomains and pointing them to ClickMagick. We need these mysterious subdomain links to vanish.
This is what happened. We want to advertise with Google Adwords using our website [removed] which is hosted under your WHM & cPanel. Adwords rejected our site, accusing us of having "malicious" links pointed to a service called ClickMagick.
For example, this link [removed] leads to [removed]
The same goes for [removed]
These subdomain links still somehow exist and we can't find any way to remove them.
We have done the following, to no avail:
- removed all links inside ClickMagick, cancelled ClickMagick account
- contacted Adwords support, contacted Adwords... both couldn't resolve at all
- removed all CNAME records pointing to ClickMagick
- checked all of our DNS Zones... nothing
- checked our subdomains... nothing
- checked our redirects... nothing
- checked our wordpress files and SQL... nothing
- did all steps for our WHM & [removed] cPanel
- checked our domain host which is pointing correctly, no CNAME found either
- did virus scan... all clean
