Account email not working

Hello I have WHM server. I created new account, uploaded site files, DB and website is working correctly. But on cPanel in webmail I cannot get emails. Sending email is working. Also when trying connect user mail to Gmail getting error: We were unable to locate the other domain. Please contact your other provider. How can I fix it? Thanks
