Mail system not working

Hi, recently i shifted my site into new host and i also use cloudflare. so Mail system not working on MyBB. Mx record still set old host on my cloudflare server: dc-611a9a01687b.example.com Priority: 0 How can i get new host Mx details so i can set it on cloudflare? my host provider didn't helping me.

  Hello, You could create an "A" record for "mail.yourdomain.tld" pointing to the IP address associated with the cPanel server and then configure your MX records to use "mail.yourdomain.tld". Thank you.

  Hi bro as i said i shift into new host but cloudflare still saved old info. i have set "A" records and site working fine. check - Removed - but Mx record is: server: dc-611a9a01687b.example.com Priority: 0 how can set same on cPanel i mean or i get new info of new server.

  Hello, You'd need to update the MX record so it points to wherever the email for the domain name is hosted. If it's the cPanel server, then you'd need to setup a record with CloudFlare (e.g. mail.domain.tld) that directs traffic to the cPanel server. You may want to contact your web hosting provider for assistance in finding out the IP address of the mail server. Thank you.
