GCE email not sending nor receiving

Good day Everyone, I trust you are all well. Well, I succeeded installing the cPanel on GCE for my new hosting business that I am starting. I managed to setup the Google Cloud dns as shown from the attached snapshot below and I would say that works pretty well as all the domain/ accounts that I added, websites are loading properly without issues. Now the only problem that I am facing is the flow of emails, nothing is coming in and nothing get send send out. Setting up other mx records like Zoho or Google works fine. but my wish is just to use local built-in webmail like horde or roundcube... it just don't work... So I was just wondering if is there anyone who could share the light if I am missing something. Thank you in advance. Just to add, when sending email to myself it works.

  Hi @1code GCE doesn't allow outbound over port 25: Sending Email from an Instance "|" Compute Engine Documentation "|" Google Cloud Platform You'll need to use a smarthost configuration to send mail from GCE. Thanks,

  You should still be able to receive emails based on the information in their documentation. Is that not working on your system? Thank you.
