CSF Blocking Users Connection from Email
Hi all,
I have a customer that we provide email for who runs there email on Apple Mail.
For some reason ConfigServer firewall is blocking IP connections from her IP stating;
Failed IMAP login from *.*.*.* 10 in the last 3600 Seconds.
I've double checked the passwords are correct and they can send / receive email fine when i get rid of the block.
She has a dynamic IP so this is happening every day or so when her IP Changes.
Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction.

i've had a similar issue and it turned out there was another device in the customer's house with old login info that was trying to connect. Man, THAT took a while to troubleshoot/figure out! 0 -
