MySQL Updates acting strange after updating my.cnf

    Update, it now says the tables that won't update are In Use on php myadmin, and when I click them it says unknown storage engine innodb. So I check my error log and it says innodb failed to initialize not acceptable as storage engine.

    my InnoDB log files were corrupted, I used the InnoDB repair guide to reload them and it brought them back to life with no data loss.
